I've had a few problems with this new laptop.I've got another that's out of warranty and needs repair and a PC that works good.All are HP.I called your tech service and spent several hours on the phone while they sent me through the motions to repair it.Finally they had me erase everything on my laptop putting it back to new statuis,losing everything.Then when this did not fix it he says that he didn't know what to do.I then called cox cable and found out there was a lose cable.Now I am having nothing but trouble.Can't even put on decent wallpaper.Stuff from computer programs and other areas pop up.
I talked some friends into buying HP because of the great years I've had with mine.But when I try to call HP I get put on hold for 30 minutes or so.I'm disable and this is one of my main sources of entertainment and connection with alot of friends i've made around the U S and other places.Someday I get this figured out but I won't be getting another one,Thank You.
