She says she was assigned a case number but then that HP won't assist, posting here for clarification.

Please assist me in resolving my printer issue.  I have called the hp support center and spoke with Jim. He indicated that he could not help me because my deskjet 2210 all in one is no longer in his system, so he cannot troubleshoot. Via his system, he no longer has the capabilities for my product. He has assigned me case#1191043755. My printer is practically brand new. I only had to change the ink cartridges once. After inserting the new cartridge, I have not been able to use my printer since. It Keeps indicating offline. I have been going thru this for a Month. HP indicates the warrantee is expired and they won't help. I haven't been using this Printer very long. I was told I need to find other support on line.   PLEASE ASSIST!!
