BEEN FACING AN ALIGNMENT ISSUE WITH MY OFFICE JET PRO WIRELESS 8500 PRINTER AND HAVE MADE AN COMPLAIN ON 16-10-2010 BUT UNFORTUNATELY TILL THE DATE I HAVE BEEN CHASING THIS HP SERVICE CENTER BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY PRINTER NEVER GETS REPAIRED THEY PROMISED US THEY WILL COME OUT WITH AN SOLUTION WITHIN 72 HOURS EVERY TIME I CALL THEM UP..................

 

IT'S SUCH A SHAME ON THE COMPANY LIKE HP GIVING A CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS THEY PROMISE TO GIVE BEST SERVICE AND WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING BUT AFTER THAT NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE ONCE IT GETS FAULTY NOT EVEN THE HP STAFF...

 

IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN UK LONDON AND IF HAVE BEEN FACED the same then this would have been resolved within few days by just one call..

 

And in INDIA i have been chasing like police chase to bad guys....lol such a same on HP INIDA
