I placed an order for a TouchPad on the SMB site on Saturday afternoon. I set up my SMB account as I was placing the order. I never received an email confirmation or an order number. So I tried to order again (this time I ordered two because on of my friends told me he wanted one). Again, I got no confirmation screen or email. However, shortly after this happened, I checked my credit card online and saw I have two pending charges on my credit card from HP SMB.

So, I tried to log-in to the SMB site to check my order status at this link. When I try to do that using the email I used to set up the account and the password I typically use, it says "invalid log-in". When I try to change the password by answering the security question, it says I've answered it incorrectly.

I therefore have a couple questions:

1. Does my account even exist?

2. If it does, how can I access it to see if my orders actually went through or not.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
