I bought a brand new DV7 6185 - i7 Model paying more than 800 bucs. But in sx month I saw some cracks around the body. I asked the HP guy to take a look at it if they can fix it as it was under warranty. After a month I received the laptop with nothing working on it :smileymad: I asked them why and they told me that this is an accidental damage and it can't be covered under warranty as I have spilled some liquid inside.. What the F***.. I sent them functionally perfect computer (without any kind of accident on my part) and they are telling me that this is a piece of CRAP... I am still fighting for my rights.. but I dont see any end here as nobody replying to my quest at all...If you are an owner of the HP and have to send your laptop to them for any service.. please take a video of it making sure that it is in perfectly working condition. I was stupid enough to trust those guys...And trust me I am not going to buy HP product in my life again...I also advise everybody in this group not to BUY any HP product even though they sell it cheap...

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
