To whome it may concern
Please note my Information and say what to do and please help me.
On 14th November 2011 I bought a new laptop HP Pavillion dv6 6115tx with windows 7 home basic. After a week later
my laptop syddenly start with a white screen. I afraid , i cnanot do anything, After that I took it to Redington Service Center for HP located at Guwahati,ASSAM to solve my problem,then they
try start the laptop, it then normally start up and shutdown. No any problem occur. I demand them to change the Laptop as it is too early bought. But they said that
without seeing my problem they donot do anything, and also said thet to take some pictures when the problem occur. After
one and half month later the problem arise again. I immediately took some photograph and take my laptop to Anderson Computer
solution at Guwahati, and told them my problem. Then they took my laptop. But I demand to change the laptop to a new one
,then they said that that is too late to do that. While I want to convince them , but they donot do. After all they repair
my product. After one day leter they give my product, the privious problem was gone but they broke my laptop keyboard at one
corner and also damage one usb port. So what I do. Again I demand to change a new product, they didnot want to do.
To repair usb product they said me to call after 45days. What it is mean? It is not fair , and a **bleep**ing stupid service
provide by HP,WHY??
I thought HP provide a good service, But now not?? I said these to all my friend not to buy HP product since they provide a
**bleep**ing stupid service.
Please tell me what to do?? I am not satisfied with your product and service both . Any procedure to change the
product. Please help me otherwise i will upload a video on disadvantage of HP to you tube.
