Heads up for for HP Total Care; I purchased a OfficeJet 8500A Premium direct from HP online. Immediately after connecting it I noticed a problem with the ADF, scanning and copies came out skewed. I contacted the HP Chat Line support and the HP Total care, This product was in use for +/- 3 hours, HP total care sent me a used (reconditioned machine) and no replacement ink for the ink I wasted while troubleshooting not to mention the cost incurred using a local Staples for scanning / printing while they resolved this issue. I have requestion a refund for the machine as well as the extended warranty.
