Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i have a split x2 aka POS... keyboard has stopped working for the third time in a year except this time my warranty is one month expired, i have been on hold and trasnfered back and forth for hours and no one can give me any answers...this is extremely frustrating and i see on the forums everyone has this issue with this model. when restarting the computer i get a notice saying something regarding the dock and yes or no. geek squad was absolutely zero help and had no recomendations for me except to buy a new keyboard, funny because they just replaced it about a month ago!!!!! please someone tell me what i can do or if buying a new keyboard will fix my issue and where i can buy a replacement keyboard. or i will be walking over to hp seeing im in the bay area and throwing this piece of crap on fire through the front window
