My husband gave me this computer as a Christmas present.  Already I have had to restore the operating system 3 times!!!!!  I am soooooooooooooooooo frustrated!  This is the worst computer I have ever had.  All I do is restore the computer and stay on the phone with HP.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?  Obviously, I have purchased a lemon.
