I got my 13-s192nr today...

I went through reviews of this laptop already and wished that I did not get that sparking noise.

But,  hard luck for me too, I even got the same sparking noise when booted up and it remains even after re-boot or

shutdown and restart.

Please let me know if I can do something about it. I went through Fan Trouble Shooting doc ument link you gave

but it has one option BIOS upgrade nothing else.

Can I go to nearest Microsoft Store/HP and I get help from them?

I really liked this laptop but I feel this noise can be a reason I have to return the laptop if not solved.

Thanks.
