this is very bad service of hp i have register case on last Saturday my case id is [Personal Information Removed]

i got message on moday like we have received your complaint with case id [Personal Information Removed]
. but i didnt receive any call then i called one Wednesday on [Personal Information Removed]
they told me day after tomorrow engineer visit your location. she said me part has been ordered but it cant received but my laptop doesnt have any hardware issue so they need part then i wait 2days after today i call that she again tell me engineer will visit tomorrow the part is pending the part come today. when i said what part she told me either here and where. this is very suck of HP. today 5 days completed my case(excluding Saturday and sunday)
Hp i want to make attention your focus on this type of service center please mail that bcz tomorrow is 6th business day and you said 24_48 business hours engineer will rwach your location
