see my complaints /reclamations) to HP and Verkkokauppa.com 13.1. and 14.1 2012. The essence is, that after I bought HP ENVY 110 on 7th January I have had nothing than trouble. The All-in-One Printer is finme and its photograpj´hi output is excmachine is fine, but I believe that all black cartridges on sale in FInland (Verkkokauppa.com and Stockmann) are either conterfieted or possibly filled to up to 1/3 of the amount proper. My reclamations to HP Finland and Verkkokauppa.com contain all the details.

 

If there is nothing at fault with my HP ENVY 110 (acquaired January 7th 2012), then the fault must lie witth the black 'original HP' inkjet cartridges' sold in Helsinki in Januaryh 2012. Between January 7 and January 14 I have been forced to by 6 black ink cartridges (at 18 euro each (as a rule ENVY 110 does not work without both cartridges (black and three-color) present).

 

My ENVY works fine. In fact, it ironically congratules me for inserting new HP original cartridges. When it has used up all the black ink in 2 - 10 hours (sic !) (of intemittent work - I do not sit at my PC more thn 2 hours a day - it next states that it is unable to center the cartridges. After 2 hours of output certainly below 50 A4 pgs, the ENVY states: these cartridges ar either not filled as they should or they have been used before or they are counterfeted. As an end-user it cannot be my task to find out more.

 

However, I did weigh the cartridge last bought (now in the ENVY 110) . As bought it weighed 28 grams. An emply 300- series black ink cartridge weighed 22 grams.

 

I sncerely believe that it is now your turn (esteemed HP Finland and Verkkokauppa.com) to take over the investigation. I have too many other things to do. It is too bad that I have suffered major functional damages between 7.1. and 15.1. 2012 by not being able to carry oit my regular tasks, and having had to devote of my time to these petty technical issues. As the problems dragged on for more than a week (my net salary is of the order of 50 euros per hour) I have made major losses, not onlyn in kind but also financially.  

 

I believe that you (HP and Verkkokauppa.com) will investigate this issue thoroughly and compensate me not only by providing replacement cartridges (6 series 300 black and 4 series 300 three-colour) but also for all the material and immaterial losses, which have already occurred. In  particular, I refer to the appr. 40 working hours (100 euro each) which I have been forced to put in into these inquiries.
