I'm facing lot of problem with my HP laptop since i have purchased. I got service from one of your network service centers. But, the problem is not yet resolved.
HP Case ID #: 4628961061
Product description: HP Pavilion dv6-3050tx Entertainment Notebook PC
Product number: XB772PA
Serial number: INA02504K9
Problem description: OVER HEATING, AUTOMATIC SHTTING DOWN, LOW BATTERY BACK UP, IMPROPER AUDI
Laptop producing over heat with which i can't even type on keyboard...Moreover, it is giving very less backup for 30min to 45min
only.
I tried alot for right service to resolve this problem/ to replace the complaint parts.
Finally i'm sending you this mail to find out that, Is there any possibility to resolve this problem or to replace with the complaint parts
at least instead leaving it as it is.
Could you please recommend something which can be helpful for me.
If this is a complaint with HP DV6 PRODUCT which is sold to me. I'm not expecting this from such a big/My favourite company.
Please do consider my request and help me out here. Some called to me From Support Ceter. But nobody Cant give the Proper Solution to resolve my Problem. Iam Visiting 2 times In Hyderabad Service center (MAHA Electronics).
