I bought this laptop computer from Staples a little almost 3 months ago. Soon after a month, the hard drive blew up. I contacted to HP Customer support, had 90 mins on the line and ran the hardware diagnostic software that was already on the computer. The person offered me to send a replacement hard drive and assured that it would be more convenient than my sending the whole computer to a tech facility to get the hard drive replaced by them. I received the hard drive in a couple days, but the recovery disc that was supposed to be in the package was missing. Later, i had to call the tech support again, another 60 mins on the line, few days later i was sent the recovery disc and things returned back to normal. I had been told to send back the defective hard drive in the box i received the replacement hard drive. I did as instructed almost a month ago. And today guess what, I receive an e-mail from HP saying that they never received the defective hard drive, so I would be charged for the replacement hard drive. Today I spend anouther hour of my life on the phone, no solution yet... People keep transfering my call...

Thank you HP... Never again!

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
