I called last week for a retractable mouse I purchased a few months ago. It took over 2 HOURS to get to the right department. Of course, the representative had issues with this workstation and had to call me back to complete the transaction to send out replacements.
I might have missed his call.
I am calling back today to finish the transaction and now have been on the phone fro 114 MINUTES, and so far have not reached the right department.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I hesitate to consider what would happen if this were about a larger ticket item!!!
