The foreigners you have doing your (SO-CALLED!) "Customer Support" are MORONS! I called today to state that I did not receive my return Fed-Ex shipping label along with your shipping box-so I could return my computer for repair. It took almost 10 minutes for this gal to tell me she was sending me a shipping label! AFTER wanting to verify my operating system and other details about my computer. FINALLY I had to stop her and say; 'HEY! This ain't BRAIN SURGERY! All I need is a return shipping label. I had already given her my Service Ticket number and Order number (Which I pre-paid!) WHY do these people have to run thru all these stupid questions to solve such a simple problem as Missing paprework! VERY POOR CUSTOMER (and i use this term loosely!) SERVICE!!
