OH, my {Content Removed: Language Filter Evasion}god..I just check my bank statement HP made 3 different transaction for the back up disk which it was $14.95..I don't recognize the other 2: one for the amount of $16.18 other for $1.00 customer service said Ca tax..That's it's a total bs, it's impossible to add aditional 16.18, 1.00..tax.This are additional from the 14.95...You have no idea how upset I am right now...I have the proof that it was supost to be just the 14.95 because I got the comfirmation number for it....How can HP made unauthorize transaction???????????????????? Very upset...I not going to recommend HP to anyone at this point....
