Sir/Madame,

I bought an HP Pavilion DV4 series notebook last August from Delhi(Serial No.INA0160BB0). I've been facing a lot of problems with my laptop. I'm doing my PGDM in a well reputed college. I've a lot of works that can be only done using a laptop. I bought HP at a higher price because it's a trusted brand for its reliability and customer service. I couldn't do the works properly in last year because of continuous complaints. Everytime I get it serviced, within a short period of time another complaint usually comes.

I spoke with the authorities before 3-4 months and they told me that they would study the problem. Still the old process continuous. I'm really frustrated with the product. This year I've campus placements and a lot of other works. I'm from a middle class family so that it's difficult to buy another laptop.

My laptop was repaired two days back and it again broke down. It's the zenith of my patience.  Do consider my case seriously and replace my old laptop or give my money back. I've no other option than moving legally if I don't get a favourable reply from you.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
