So I dowloaded updates from HP Assistant. It said I had driver updates for my BIOS & factory video card. After the updates installed I restarted my computer because it stated I needed to. When I restarted my computer the monitors were no longer being recognized by my video card. I called HP tech support and they told me since my warranty had expired I had to pay them 60 bucks to fix it! Seriously!? HP broke my computer and now they do not think they are responsible for fixing my computer that was work 100% fine before the updates!? What a immoral stance for a company to have! Must be nice to be able to release certified updates and pass the buck when those updates break a computer! This is the last time I spend one penny on a HP product! HP is a joke of a company and I hope they go out of business!

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
