I  live in the united stateshave been buying only hp  since 1999. customer service is gone. I got this  e9300z pc cto-sp after my mother died with the money she left me, after paying bills. first my wireless bluetooth mouse and keyboard i could syncrinize them? on top of that my hard drive crashed. the computer was under warrenty. tech support could not figure out how to get my keyboard working. then they had me take the whole tower apart. front panel, side panel, ram cards and even switch componants around? WHAT? they made me the tech, then I had to put it all back togerher and told me to call back when I had a plug in keyboard. Ridiculious. I calld back and I was pretty upset and i sent the tower back and had to pay money to back up the hard drive also. well I get it back and I was in the middle of moving so when I got settled I opened it. got no back up that I payed for but they replaced the hard drive. well it is now out of warrenty, my keyboard still does not work. I paid for a back of photos, about a thousand wich contained photos of my mother that passed away. the are lost. the support agent Victor I talked to today told me I would have pay support to find my backup and to fix my keyboard and mouse because my computer is out of warrenty. Victor refused to let me talk to a supervisor and he would not listen. he could not under stand me and I had trouble understanding him. he was very rude and emotionless. these people should be able to speak english to be able to speak to american speaking people. Ref  # 8053184099. {Personal Information Removed}over an hour on the phone and I lost my mothers memories, have a thousand dollar computer that I have to pay to get the blue tooth fixed and no help from HP. I have always loved HP, I think nit is time to shop locally so they will back up my computer warrenty. pretty sad. Nicholas saulnier Craig Colorado I wrote here because I could not find a feed back department and I think people should know what I went thru over a stupid computer. Hp is just like a department store now. I guess I should have went to wally world. if anybody can help me sycn. this key board and mouse that would be great. the blue tooth is supposer to be built in the tower. Bummer

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
