We purchased a hp all-in-one _pc 200-51401n, s:no:4cs02708bh.
 
On 11-06-2011 date from dealer, the concept stores somajiguda. In the key board feet (  ’ ) symbol and inches (“) symbols are not functioning properly.  When we contacts the dealer and, he referred to authorized service center   --- case id ca1109435.
Today 11-07-2011 they attended the problem and he told it is software problem and it’s not hard ware problem. Even then they changed the key board and he told us to reset the operating system.  The same problem is repeated again. Even we followed the instructions.
 
Please attend to the problem. This is for your information and request to attend it as soon as possible as we have already lost more than one month.
