Having the same issue with the exact same wireless keyboard. Model RK713A

 

Downloaded and ran the hp support assistant, went through all options like updating and trying to find devices over and over again, and your assistant crap software won't even recognize the usb for the wireless keyboard, much less get it working. 

 

Fix your stuff or give me my money back for this worthless hp keyboard.
