I couldn't be more angry at this point if I tried.  This laptop has had keyboard issues since shortly after purchase.  It has been sent for repair under warranty, and was returned even less functional than when it left.  I've been through the HP wringer multiple times using live chat.  On last contact, this was supposed to be escalated to a supervisor or case manager.  That was several days ago - no call, no Email, nothing.  The case number I was given doesn't even appear to exist when entered in the only place within Support I can find where case number is relevant.

I want a working laptop, and I do not want to spend another three hours on Live Chat - which repeatedly seized up, resulting in starting over at the end of the queue - arranging a return for repair that apparently involves nothing more than someone on the other end opening the box, scratching the case, and sending back the unit unrepaired!

I can't imagine ever purchasing an HP product again at this point.  I want a working laptop, it's that simple.  There is no way whatsoever I'm paying to make a telephone call to these clowns.  What else do I have to do to get this thing fixed - or at least get a response??
