i have a HP vivienne tam210-1099ee. Last month tha netbook wont power on. So, i went to the authorize service center to have my netbook checked. They told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Its been a month and my netbook has no update if the HP send the replacement for my motherboard. i have presented all necessary documents but still they dont update me.
