We purchased a brand new HP Mini 1 10-3735GX laptop computer in August 2011 and the WIFI disabled on or about October 9, 2011.  Since that time, I have been unable to fix the problem and the computer will not connect to our wireless network.  I contacted HP technical support but they were rude, unhelpful and unwilling to be helpful.  I got passed to a supervisor who reinforced the rudeness I experienced from the original employee.

 

In any event, I would like to use this forum as my last attempt at some kind of customer service to help me resolve the problem.

 

I have been an HP customer since the mid 1990s.  Considering the way the company has treated me and my wife, if this is not resolved, we will not hesitate in leaving this brand for a superior manufacturer.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
