Hello,
I bought two SAVI 8220 UC and I can't pair them with any smartphone.
With the base unit the pairing is perfect.
The smartphones and headsets do not "see" each other.
Tried with Huwaie, Crosscal and Samsung.
The pairing action is to turn the volume up for a few seconds (the headset announces pairing).
I read the reply post, but the Plantronic HUB windows application does not offer any options that involve Bluetooth.
The headsets work fine with the PC and the USB dongle inserted in the PC.
The headsets have been updated by connecting them to the PC via USB.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks to you

Hello bbodet@hydrometal.be ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
The version you have is the DECT version which comes with a D200 DECT dongle and cannot be used with a Smartphone or any other device offering Bluetooth pairing.
