The printer will not go to sleep or go into sleep mode even without use for a full day. Does anyone know why??
I have another thing with it, only 3 days old, and I'm looking for where the waste tank is and I don't know where it is and I also need to know its name and part number. If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you sincerely

Depends on the printer in some cases. I know that some of the Pagewide products had issues where they would not sleep if there was a low cartridge.
