What RIP program you're using?

First of all check connection (cable, LAN card, USB port, server connection ( if PC isn't connected directly to printer) .if it's working properly, check disk space - might be full and no space to rip files anymore. If there's a spooler space (preserved jobs after print), clear it, delete unused jobs and cancel all jobs awaiting for print. Try to keep maximum number of logged jobs up to 100 (more jobs are just filling memory). After all that - try to print something simple - black square for instance and try other options instead of Rip/Print - Nest or just print without ripping if still no response... sometimes files contain complex gradients, shadows and such, that makes rip program to hang...
