Product: DesignJet T230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, turned my T230 on today and showing a blue screen with a power button icon and the code "D000DEAD" underneath. Did a print just over a week ago and everything was working fine. Now says printer is offline. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Have tried a Power Reset with no luck.

Blue screen is referred to an assert error.

disconnect any usb or network cables and follow the instructions below

I have a T120 that printed just fine one moment,  then BlueScreen D000DEAD

I tried the full reset and the error is still there.

Please help if you can
