I 've to use a hp designjet T1100ps 44" main board Q6687 in hp designjet T1100ps 24" Printer.

How can I do the conversion.

Have you tried uninstalling and the reinstalling the software.

I had issues similar to yours. This resolved it for me.

Thing is, Printers are quite cheap but the ink is expensive, so why not shop around, i did.

Thanks for your reply. 

But my problem is that I have a hp designjet T1100ps 24 inch large Printer whith a bad main PCA.

I have all so the main PCA of hp designjet T1100ps 44 inch in good condition. Now I put the board in my 24 inch printer and it not work well. It say a probable paper jam all time. 

When I check in the diagnostic, I see 44 inch insted of 24 inch. 

How can I solve the problem ?

I believe that these boards are hard coded with carriage size and you cannot simply swap between printers.
