Product: Hp design jet t-210

Hello. My deaignjet t210 seem to be starting a print job and as soon as it reaches about 2 inches into printing it keeps canceling the print job then it says paper jam then I have to roll back the roll manually then cut the roll. Try again n it's the same thing. Start to print then stop.
