Right after "Initializing" comes up on screen I get an error asking me to restart the printer, the error code comes up 21:13. I am having trouble finding information when doing internet search on how to resolve this. There is nothing in the "way", it mentioned making sure the station was clear. Not sure of what and where station is, but there are no blockages, nothing is different than when I printed a few days ago. I cannot get the carriage to slide out and it will not connect to the server when I try to get into it for diagnostics. Please advise on any possible solutions I can try myself.

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.
JUst goto Diagnostic menu... ran the service station test.
If failed the service station, please replace it (P/N: E1L21-67006). If you want you can repair that service station.

This is a failure of the servcie station to move. Suggest you do a google search for the service manual and download the pdf. You will have to remove the right side cover and then uncap the carriage so you can move it away to see if there is any obstruction in the service station. Sometimes the service station is stuck in cycle and you will not be able to even move the carriage assembly. Most times with this error the service station needs to be replaced, but it could be other items.

Sorry for the delay in response, it is now out to be serviced and its service station part is not cheap to replace on this particular model, but I don't really have a choice. Thank you so much for your posting and willingness to help! Tarryl

The original poster says in answer to my post that the unit was out for repair and I assume the service station was already replaced or repaired. All the poster above did was confuse the issue by giving the wrong part number.
That part number is not for the plotter in question. The correct part number is Q6718-67025.

Thanks for your correction and I uderstand your reply.
I am 100% confirm both part number spare's are almost same. E1L21-67006 - with arosol fan; Q6718-67025 - Without arosol fan.
Big changes Q6718-67025- Price $500-550 and E1L21-67006 - $300-350. Thats why I have share E1L21-67006 part number. Already I have repair so many printers.
