Asterisk Not detected VVX 201 and 150

Hello,

I install VVX201 and 150 then discover using Elastix PABX (Asterisk based) end point configurator. But the Elastix PABX can not discover the VVX phones.

Other Polycom such Soundpoint Phones such as 550, 331, can discover by Elastix PABX.

Anyone has experience such problem?

Hello @Sisob ,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

I assume this should be a question for the Elastix community. The Polycom VVX150 / 201 was introduced later on so maybe the Elastix server does not know about this.

It is not a Polycom issue.
