Hi all
A quick question in regards to changing the contrast on the VVX models running 5.2.0
I have looked in the admin guide and also exported config however cannot find anything that mentions it.... is this do-able?
Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave,
Try this from the phone:
- Press the Home button
- Press down, then select Settings
- Select Basic...
- Select Contrast
- Adjust between 0-32
Also from the Basic section
- Select Backlight Intensity
- Select Backlight On Intensity
- Choose High, Medium, Low, or Off
You can do the same for Idle Intensity as well. I hope that helps!

Hello Dave,
the only VVX phone that has a contrast is the VVX 300 and the VVX 310.
All the others do not have this setting.

Hello Dave,
I am not aware that these parameters can be changed via a configuration file.
The easiest way to usually find out is to make a change of a Parameter via the GUI and then export the configuration.

Thanks for the clarification on this - I have tried looking at the export config and couldn't see anywhere in the config files any reference of contrast.... I will look at doing this via push instead...
Thanks again for the reply guys
Cheers
