The messages button needs to be reprogramed we are changing server to a trix box.  when the user select messages it dials "8555" and it needs to dial *98.  Please advise...

Hello Accurate,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Using the Community search you will be able to find a few post's covering the msg.mwi.x.callBack="" Parameter.

 

Many other Post's cover Provisioning as the Phone's Configuration needs to be modified and uploaded from a Server.
