Hello,
I have a weird issue :
I have a first SIP line with 2 line key (and 1 call per each linekey)
I have a second H.323 line registered to our gatekeeper.
When I have a call on the first line, then I put on hold to make a second call for example, the line selected by default for the 2nd call is the H.323 line instead of the 2nd linekey of the SIP line.
It's quite annoying to change manually to the correct line for end users
I'm using version 5.9.1.
Do I miss something on the configuration side ?

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
Both the community's Must Read First and the community's FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
As you have not attached any configuration we do not know what you configured.
Please ensure you always check the FAQ's and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
