i have problem with Hoteling user registration .
when i register user at second line,phone registers it successfully, but when i do to first line it fails somehow.
this is my file format i send to phone when it request for
REQUEST
GET /hoteling/64167f94f8b7/123.cfg HTTP/1.0. Host: abhilash.teledge.com. X-Real-IP: 202.131.119.122. Connection: close. Accept: */*. User-Agent: FileTransport PolycomVVX-VVX_410-UA/5.9.1.0615 Type/Application.

but i have not given it .
then phone request for directory file
GET /media/tenant/909/provisioning/polycom/vvx/64167f94f8b7/123-directory.xml HTTP/1.0. Host: abhilash.teledge.com. X-Real-IP: 202.131.119.122. Connection: close. Accept: */*. User-Agent: FileTransport PolycomVVX-VVX_410-UA/5.9.1.0615 Type/Application.
which gets uploaded successfully.

this is phone information i'm using.

i have uploaded app.log and audit.log as well

Welcome back to the Poly Community.
The official Hotelling functionality was developed for our Partner Broadsoft and should simply work with their templates.
I assume you are mixing this with the User feature for other openSIP switches (Digium etc). As we have not seen a backup of your whole configuration I am unable to comment.
If you struggle with the Broadsoft platform please work with them. If you are not using Broadsoft and no other member comments on this or you can fix this yourself the next step would be a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
GECDF-Brightstar Telecommunications India Ltd. sold this phone back in 31/03/2017
As the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

You have a couple of options:
- another member of the community replies and tries to help you
- contact Broadsoft on the configuration and profile you should be using
- contact your reseller and open a PPI ticket with Poly support
