Good day!

 

Need your help. How to enable/send key number in Polycom vvx 201 ip phone? 

 

May I know how to enable this. Im using UC Software Version 5.4.0.10182

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

The Software you are using is no longer supported as we have released UC Software 5.5.2

In addition DTMF is always automatically active. You may need to change the Payload type or the DTMF type but please check here:
