Hello,
Is there a prerequisite for a minimum software version for an IP SoundStation IP5000/6000/7000 device to work with RPRM version 10.7?
We have some IP 7000 devices version 3.3.3.0069 which cannot be managed from RPRM, they are shown as Offline in RPRM. Do those devices need to have another software version to be able to work with RPRM?

Welcome to the Poly Community.
I would assume UC Software 4.0.x or later. 4.0.15 is the current latest with all available and known security fixes.
