I have some IP331s on firmware 184.108.40.206097 and configure them through the web interface rather than using a provisioning server / config files.
Users are complaining that the handset volume resets to deafult settings after every call.
Knowledge base says this is a "feature" mandated by US Gov't but can be overridden with a parameter entered in the sip.cfg file. However I dont use any such file!
Is there a way to disable the handset volume reset through the web interface ? Cant see any reference to this
