Hello Polycom Support,
im unable to make external calls, but can accept them. Internal calls work both ways. This is the log i got while trying to make a call. (I replaced the number i actually called with: 01111111111. Im using 3CX.
Any suggestions?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

From the logs I see we get a 407

followed by a 404

but as the log is not in debug I am not seeing much more.
What is 3CX support saying why this fails ?

Which Log Level do i have to change to debug?
On the 3CX Interface i can see the call in the logs, like it would work perfectly.
