Hello @Wenharts ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
As already outlined by @mshu1 you cannot import this directly via an XML file via the Web Interface but have a look at this:
Jan 6, 2012 Question: How can I create a local contact directory / phonebook or what is the 000000000000-directory.xml used for?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Either generate a file and load from the provisioning server or manually add them via the Web Interface as described in the above. Only the SoundStation/SoundPoint Phones can do this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hi Steffen,
thanks for reaching out although your answer is a bit confusing to me.
You outline that no imports can be done via XML to Soundstation IP 700 and still send the guide for the directory.xml?
By reading this I suppose it is not possible, correct?
Best Regards
Stefan
