I could not see an answer for this --
I have a new SoundStation IP 6000 -- I have RingCentral service. If I boot it up it says that lan port is inactive. And does not get an IP address from DHCP.
If I hookup either of 2 other SoundStation IP 5000 (or other phones for that matter) that I have they have LAN port as active. And get IP address from DHCP as you would expect. Do I need to do something to make it active?
