We recently configured PTT/Paging to work in a site. Using VVX310/311/411. All phones have the same configuration and are using the same Broadcast Address.
All phones are on Verions 5.7.2.1277
When you page from a VVX310/311 all VVX310/311 get the page, but not any of the VVX411. When you page from a VVX411 the opposite happens, all the VVX411 get the page, but none of the VVX310/311.
PTT configuration as follows:
ptt.address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
ptt.channel.24.available 0
ptt.channel.25.available 0
ptt.pageMode.allowOffHookPages 0
ptt.pageMode.defaultGroup 1
ptt.pageMode.enable 1
ptt.pageMode.group.24.available 0
ptt.pageMode.group.24.subscribed 0
ptt.pageMode.group.25.available 0
ptt.pageMode.group.25.subscribed 0
ptt.volume 0
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello @RBuchanan-CorusEnt ,
welcome to the Poly Community.
UC Software 5.7.2 is no longer a supported software so I can only ask you to test this using UC Software 5.9.2 or UC Software 5.8.2.
I briefly tested this with the above and I can send and receive pages with various different models with no issue.
Sending a Page:

Are these units on different switches / VLAN's ?
The next step would be to open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
