Polycom 601s answer themselves spontaneously

Has anyone heard of this issue?  I have several 601s that will spontaneously answer calls with no human interaction.  Is there maybe an override or setting that can stop this from happening?

There are some "auto off-hook" parameters available in the config files.

call.autoOffHook.x.enabled

call.autoOffHook.x.contact

You might want to check to make that these are not enabled in you config file(s). Is this issue consistent or intermittent?

It is intermittant.  I will look in the config for those parameters.

The only parameter in the config that begins with call is this:

call.shared.oneTouchResume="1"

What version of firmware are the phones running?

I think that this may be some firmware related bug.  I checked the release notes but did not find anything like the issue that you are having.  However, there is a later version of firmware (3.1.7) available for that phone which can be downloaded from the support page.  Its worth a shot.
