Hello Roma,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Have you checked the Codec's via the Web Interface?
Looking at a UCS 3.3.2 Web Interface Siren 14 (48kbps) would be the 3rd offered Codec.
Please liaise with your Polycom Reseller if this is a issue for you.
Best Regards

Thanks for the answer,
I already have a look to the web interface, and I try to modify the priority of codecs, but it seems that only the codec with white background are available into teh SIP SDP, others (like siren 7 14...) are with a grey backgroung.
I don't how I can activate the grey ones.

Hello Roma,
I must have misunderstood your question.
According to the Datasheet => here <= the SSIP5000 supports:
Supported Codecs
-G.711 (A-law and µ-law)
-G.729a (Annex A, B)
-G.722
-iLBC
The new UCS 4.0.x even includes a description that highlights that only the Codec's in white are supported by the Platform.
So to answer your query, only the one's show:
As in the order above ( 4, 6, 7 then 😎 are offered in the Invite.
Best Regards
