Hi Good people,
I need help badly. My wife bought (8) new IP 550 from AccessLine after a few months she moved her services to RingCentral somehow AccessLine wiped the software app on the phones so now the are not working when you boot it all I get is Error: Appreciation is not present, I have done everything I can still its not working. No menu nothing can someone please help me. We can not just dump (8) new phones.
