Hello,
Our company has several Polycom VVX500 devices registered through the AT&T Office@Hand service running the latest firmware.
Very randomly and sporadically, the phones will temporarily throw a "Line Unregistered" error with caution signs.
Checking the logs this coincides with this SSL_get_error:
1209145408|sip |5|00|SSL_get_error nLen -1 errno 110 nError 5 = (0)error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
1209145408|sip |4|00|TLS Listen Thread Exit
1209145408|cfg |5|00|Prm|Array parameter key.x.function.prim index 324 is out of range
1209145451|cfg |5|00|Prm|Array parameter key.x.function.prim index 324 is out of range
1209145534|sip |5|00|SSL_get_error nLen -1 errno 110 nError 5 = (0)error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
1209145534|sip |4|00|TLS Listen Thread Exit
Does anyone know what this means? I have been browsing the web for an answer, and I have also been in contact with AT&T Office@Hand to see if it something on their end but no use, the only clue we have is this error in the logs.
The phone will be down for a few seconds then return to normal, happening maybe once or twice a week.
