We're trying out VVX 501 phones (with the latest software: 5.6.0) -- with PCs connected through the phones' second ethernet port.
It seems like they eat Wake on Lan packets -- which we were previously using to manage our network.
Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hello semenko,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
I just tested this briefly using a VVX601 running 5.6.0 and I am unable to replicate this. The PC connected to the VVX PC port woke up just fine.
