Since I've never done this before, I'm trying to emulate a situation in the laboratory. The VoIP server is Asterisk and the terminals are as previously mentioned Polycom IP331.
Server Certificate Common Name '10.192.230.232' doesn't match any of the following: 000016.278|sip |4|03|[TLS] Hostname: 10.192.230.232 000016.278|sip |4|03|[TLS] Outbound Proxy: 10.192.230.232 000016.278|sip |4|03|[TLS] Hostname connection: NONE
I Can't understand these errors...
Can anybody helm me please?

Hello 1ber2,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
First you are using an unsupported software as this should be using UC Software 4.0.12 or later
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Apr 23, 2013 Question: How can I setup SRTP / Secure RTP?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
and
Apr 17, 2013 Question: How can I setup a TLS connection for SIP signaling and / or troubleshoot this?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
I suggest you check the above, use the troubleshooting and then maybe attach a backup:
May 25, 2017 Question: Can I create a backup of my current configuration?
Resolution:Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
